    I agree 100%. I think the resistance to social media marketing is in people’s expectations. The main reason is, as you describe in your post – to develop and increase brand awareness. I also believe that today’s consumer is very different than yesterday’s consumer. They have access to much more information right from their keyboards, and they will, as you state, check out your company before making a purchase. If they don’t see anything about person A’s product/service, they will see plenty about person B, C, D, etc. Thanks for the post 🙂
