   Is there some point to this video? It looks like it was made by some computer geeks who have no idea of what the word “communication” means. Better luck next time, guys.

   Hi Tom,

   Yes there is definitely a point to this video!

   I accept that in terms of content and presentation, it could be improved. However, this was produced in house for minimal cost and the finished product is reasonably professional compared to a lot of online video content.

   The point of the video is more about how video marketing can increase brand awareness, improve your link popularity and increase traffic to your site. As an apparent “SEO” specialist, I am surprised that you do not understand this. Apart from our Blog this video was uploaded to 10 video hosting sites. Within 12 hours the video on our blog page was listed at position 2 on Google! Currently this video accounts for around 25% of the overall traffic to our Blog. that’s the power of video marketing.

   Of course we could produce a more interesting video, albeit at considerable increased cost. However, as we intend to churn these out on a regular basis, the SEO benefit far outways the apparent lack of “communication” perceived by you.

   Rather than investing your time making derogatory comments on competitors websites, may you suggest you spend more time getting to grips with up to date internet marketing methods. By the way, I have attempted to visit your site three times today and it is taking forever to load, so I have given up.
