The number of positive customers reviews your listing receives will influence your position the local listings as this is interpreted as a vote of confidence in your product or service by Google.. I would recommend that you ask some of your satisfied customers to add a comment to your listing.

Hi Robert
I set up the local business listing, and for reasonable searches eg 'user experience Blackfield' we show up - BUT only on Google Maps, not in a Local listing at top of web search results.
This is despite the fact that there are no other user experience companies in Blackfield.
Wondering why this happens - Google seems a bit random in the way it shows Local listings for some searches and not for others.

Your comments appreciated
Kind regards
Paul
